Our Pledge to our Customers

We understand that sometimes you order a product that ends up not being a perfect fit.  Therefore, we are committed to working with our customers to provide products that meet their individual needs.  

If you have received an item from Reliable Medical Supply, and are dissatisfied with it, please contact Customer Service at (913) 722-2960, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.   Our team will work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.

We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC from the packaging, or is returned more then 30 days after delivery. Due to the personal nature of Breast Pumps and Bathroom products, no returns will be allowed if product package has been opened.

Some items have specific Exchange & Return policies so please familiarize yourself with these noted below.

Portable Oxygen Concentrator Exchanges

Reliable Medical Supply offers a 7-day exchange period on new portable oxygen concentrator purchases. Once you receive your concentrator, we encourage you to try it out to determine if the unit will meet your oxygen and lifestyle needs. If you find that it does not meet your needs, you may exchange it for another model with no penalties - you simply pay any return shipping fees. You must call within 7 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange (limited to one exchange per customer).  The portable concentrator must have no more than 10 hours of post-manufacturer usage and be in like-new condition with no scratches or defects. All Exchanges require a Return Authorization before shipping. Please call us to obtain instructions.

Portable Oxygen Concentrator Returns

If you prefer to return your portable concentrator for a refund, a request for a Return Authorization must be made within 7 days of purchase. Only returns with an authorized return number will be accepted. We will send you a pre-paid Return Shipping Label to use. All returns must be shipped within 3 days from receiving your Return Notification.

The portable concentrator must have no more than 10 hours of post-manufacturer usage and be in like-new condition with no scratches or defects. Approved Returns will receive a full refund of purchase price less any free shipping costs and a $69 return shipping and handling fee.

All Exchanges and Returns must include all original packaging and products must be in new condition without defects including scratches. Equipment may only be used in a SMOKE-FREE environment. We will not accept the return or exchange of any equipment that smells of smoke and no refunds will be provided.  The portable concentrator must have no more than 10 hours of post-manufacturer usage.

CPAP and Portable Concentrator Batteries

If you purchased the wrong battery, you may request an exchange for the correct one within 7 days of receipt.  You will simply pay for the difference (if any) in retail price, as well as the shipping costs.  We do NOT offer refunds on any battery due to the potential that the battery has been used and is no longer considered NEW.  

Returns For All Other Items

We will accept the return of any item not specifically noted above, provided it is unused, in New, Resalable condition, and returned within 30 days of the date the item(s) are delivered. Returned items must include all original accessories, literature, and packaging in the same salable condition in which it was received. All returns on new items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Only returns with an authorized RA number will be accepted. All returns must be shipped within 3 days from receiving your RA notification.

30 Day CPAP Mask Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your CPAP Mask purchase, you may return it for an exchange or you may request a full refund of the product's purchase price less the original shipping costs. The 30 Day Mask Guarantee allows the purchaser to return the CPAP Mask  within 30 days of the date the item was delivered. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The 30 Day Mask Guarantee is only available within the continental United States.  This program is designed to help our customers find the best fitting mask for their needs, and we reserve the right to refuse to honor the 30 Day Mask Guarantee to anyone we judge to be abusing it. Mask kits are not eligible under the 30 day mask guarantee.

Used Equipment Purchases

We do not accept returns on Used equipment purchases.  We do offer a 30 day warranty on used equipment.  If the product fails due to manufacturer defect during that time period, we will repair or replace (at our discretion).

If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone to receive an RMA number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be accepted.
