Medical Equipment Rental Policy

Equipment Rental Policy and our Affiliates offer rental equipment on a retail (Cash) basis only.  We do not bill insurance for equipment rented through  Some items listed on our website may be available from other providers through your insurance company.  By agreeing to our rental terms, you are accepting that you are solely responsible for the rental and equipment charges incurred and that your insurance will not be billed.

There is a 3-day grace period for returns before an additional billing cycle is charged. This includes weekends and holidays so please plan accordingly. If the rental equipment is not returned after the first rental period, a new rental period will be billed automatically on the same billing plan. There are no refunds on unused rental days. Rental charges are billed on the first day of the rental period. reserves the right to charge the renter manufacturer’s suggested retail pricing for products which are stolen, damaged, or not returned per the rental agreement. reserves the right to repair rather than replace damaged products. Repairs will be charged at a base labor hourly rate of $85.00, plus parts, traveling expenses, time, and any applicable tax.

When you receive your rental from, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately upon delivery of your rental order if the product is damaged or not what you expected. If your product becomes damaged while in your possession and needs service, please contact us immediately so we can help to repair the item. All items needing repair, which are not due to normal wear and tear, will be billed to the rental client. will not be responsible for repairing rented equipment while equipment is outside of a 40-mile radius of the original rental location.

The rental product(s) you receive may not exactly match the rental product(s) images you see on our website. We attempt to deliver a product as close as possible to the image shown on the website. Every effort will be made to provide you with a product that meets or exceeds the specifications of the pictured product(s).

Please reserve your rental product(s) as far in advance as possible to insure delivery.

During the check out process, it is important to provide complete and accurate information about the user of the rental item(s) when prompted to do so. Doing so allows to provide you with the appropriate product(s). Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in the incorrect product being delivered. If incorrect information is submitted and the product delivered based on the information submitted, then you will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel rental orders at any time if the customer refuses to take delivery of compatible/upgraded product(s). Cancelled rental orders are subject to a 20% non-refundable service fee.
