Make sure you keep your OxyGo NEXT portable concentrator working at peak performance by replacing the sieve beds (columns) on a regular basis. The easy-to-remove and install Columns are a quick and simple way to service your OxyGo NEXT at home, without the need for a repair shop. Replacement Columns are sold as a pair, and should be replaced at the same time. The column contains the sieve bed which converts room air into a high concentration of portable oxygen.
Columns are a key component of your OxyGo NEXT and must be maintained to ensure proper oxygen output. The manufacturer suggest replacing the columns about every 12 months and in certain operating conditions, earlier replacement may be required.
When the columns need to be replaced, you will receive an alert right on your OxyGo NEXT POC reading "O2 Service Soon". That is your indication that the columns should be replaced in the next 30 days.
Clear step-by-step instructions are available in your owner's manual. On average, a consumer can change both columns in less than 10 minutes right in the comfort of your home. RETURNS ON NEW ITEMS
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less any shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition. If we made a mistake in shipping, we'll cover the shipping cost of returning the product to us. Special order items may not be returned. We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC from the packaging, or is returned more then 30 days after delivery. Due to the personal nature of Breast Pumps and Bathroom products, no returns will be allowed if product package has been opened. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone to receive an RMA number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be accepted.
