A button on the hand control places you into Trendelenburg position which raises one's feet higher than the head and heart which helps relieve swelling to the feet and legs. 

Golden is the only lift chair manufacturer to offer a Straight Lift option designed to allow for safe transfer options with the aid of a caregiver by lifting straight up instead of tilting forward when getting in and out of the chair. The PR-535 MaxiComforter is available in many sizes Junior Petite/Small, Medium, Large, and Tall, with a weight capacity of 400 lbs. It features pocketed coil seating in these sizes for extra comfort. Also , Medium-Wide size has a weight capacity of 500 lbs. and a seat width of 27”. With dual motors and an extra-sturdy frame, this size provides increased durability.

What You Need to Know When Ordering

*NOTE: The Medium Extra Wide chair does not have the Auto-Drive feature, so the back and footrest do not move independently from each other. The Large Extra Wide does include Auto-Drive so the two sections can be adjusted independently.

Curbside delivery is provided when you order the Comforter PR-535 , you can anticipate a smooth and straightforward delivery process directly to your doorstep. Golden lift chairs ship fully assembled on a wooden pallet. You’ll need to remove the shipping carton and protective plastic wrapping from the chair. It’s usually best to have two people lift the chair off the wooden pallet and into the home. There will be a few twist ties around the power cords and remote cable to remove.

You can consider opting for our White Glove Delivery service if you need help with carrying, unpacking, or assembling your new lift chair. With this option, certified technicians will deliver the lift chair, assemble it, and ensure it's fully operational and ready for immediate use

You have the option to choose a service plan for an additional charge. While you are covered by a service contract, if you experience a problem with your lift chair , simply call us to arrange for a technician to come to your home for diagnosis and repair.
